Aside from Julien Believe’s inimitable performance, embassy guests and dignitaries will be served with a cocktail reception and canapés inspired by the rich flavors of The Bahamas, including Grouper Fingers, in the evocatively named “Calypso Sauce” as well as a zesty Pineapple Scallop Ceviche.
